Far from being a typical corporate retreat, this is a hands-on, liveaboard sailing adventure along the historic French coast—designed to develop leadership, build trust, and create deep connections between colleagues.

An Eye-Popping Floating Offsite in Coastal France!
Your expedition takes place along the spectacular coastlines of Brittany, including the Gulf of Morbihan and Channel Islands. You'll sail aboard a classic gaff-rigged cutter, sleep aboard, visit historic harbours, and drop anchor in hidden coves. Over a three-week period we often set out to sail 1,000 miles/1,600km—that takes teamwork!
No sailing experience? Perfect. Everyone starts fresh, and learns together.
Availability & Group Sizes
• Ideal for groups of 6–12 participants
• Custom dates and itineraries available in May, September, and October
• All expeditions professionally crewed and facilitated (or bring your own facilitator). Note that, at sea, you’ll want to take advantage of the ample time for team reflection and discussion.
