Thank you for your interest in QBE’s European sailing expeditions. This short form is the first step in our application process. We’ll get in touch to help you with the additional paperwork. A reservation can be made with a 2,000€ non-refundable deposit. Only payment in full secures a berth after 1 April, 2027. (Deposits are not refundable, except where a refund may be required by applicable law.)

• Tuition, less the deposit, is refundable until 1 April of the expedition year, the date on which all fees are due, but not afterward, unless required by applicable law. (It is difficult to find replacement crew members as departure approaches.) We recommend that parents purchase cancellation insurance in case their plans change unexpectedly at the last moment.

  First-time applicants may be asked to provide a recommendation from a teacher and/or take part in a video interview with the director.
